Security questions can be used to reset a password if forgotten.  Simply click the forgot password link on the login page to display the security questions and reset your password.  If you have not set up your security questions, you will need to check with your administrator if you have forgotten your password.

Setting Up or Changing Security Questions

To modify security questions click Security Administration then User Security Questions Settings.  When changing security questions and answers, previously established security questions will not be displayed.

Decision Manager users must setup security questions that will allow them to reset their password if forgotten.

The user will be prompted to select three questions from the drop-down or type in their own questions.  Once all questions and answers have been completed, the user will be able to save their security questions.
