Unlock a User
Consecutive bad login attempts and failing to correctly answer security questions can result in a user account becoming locked. Once a user is locked, a Credit Union Administrator must unlock the account by clicking the User Accounts icon, and selecting the user from the list, then Edit. Click “Unlock” to reset the user account.
Change a User's Password
The Administrator may also choose to assign a temporary password for the user, by entering it twice in the password fields.
Deactivate A User
In some instances, it may be necessary to de-activate a user account. To do so, uncheck the Active box and click Save. De-activating a user removes access to Decision Manager.
