The Approval Authority Matrix can be used to assign an approval authority level from 1 to 10.

 

 

 

To Create a Matrix

1. Select variable(s) from the Variable Manager and drag to the vertical and/or horizontal axis.

2. Complete the axis by modifying the ranges.

3. Complete the matrix by selecting an approval authority level (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) in each cell.
