The Term Custom Rules tab works like the Loan Amount and Rate rule editors.  Rules created can add, subtract, multiply, or divide the Term assigned by the Term Matrix.  They can also override the Term assigned by the matrix with a new one (use the "Equals" modifier to do this).

 

NOTE: The Term will be adjusted for EACH active rule that is true.  Therefore, adjustments can compound if multiple rules are True on an application.
