The Referral Reasons Report provides summary and detail information on the reasons applications are being referred.

 

To Access the Report

1. Under Reporting and Analysis select Report Viewer.  This will open a new window.

2. In the new window, select Referral Reasons Report from Decision Manager in the menu bar.

3. Enter the desired date range and other input parameters for the report and click Submit Report.
