The Decision Manager installation file(s) can be downloaded from CU Central at www.cucentral.org.  You will need your credit union's login and password.  Once logged in, click on the Decision Manager logo on the right side of the page.

 

The Microsoft .NET 3.5 Framework Service Pack 1 is required to be installed prior to launching Decision Manager.  (Download it now.)  Decision Manager will prompt you to do so if it is not already installed.  When that happens, click or copy and paste the link to begin the download and installation process.

 

From Microsoft Download Center site click the “Download” button.

 

Click “Run” to the next two prompts and “Agree” to accept the terms and conditions.  Once both installation processes have successfully completed, double click the Decision Manager icon on your desktop to open the application.
