Referral Reasons

Referral Reasons

Evaluated if decision is Approve, Refer, or Decline

• If decision at evaluation is Approve, and the rule is true, decision is set to Refer.

• If decision at evaluation is Refer, and the rule is true, decision remains at Refer.

• If decision at evaluation is Decline, and the rule is true, decision remains at Decline.

?  Decision could already be Refer or Decline when evaluating  rules here due to results of the decision matrix or or pre-defined rules.  If the decision at evaluation is already Refer or Decline and a rule is true, the decision just stays at Refer or Decline.

?  In any case, if a rule cannot be evaluated due to a null variable value, then the decision is set to Refer.
