New Decision Manager Variables
We added several variables to support Lending 360’s ChexSystems Automation feature.

Variable Updates
| • | Seller Type: We corrected an issue where the seller type was not being passed to the decision engine and updated the Decision Manager picklist to include the full list of seller types: |
| • | Subject Property Remaining Lien Balance: This variable totals the amount from app entry input of Subject Property > Outstanding Liens > Balance, where Payoff is not checked. We corrected an issue with online loan applications where some loans not checked for payoff were missed in the total balance. |
Bug Fixes
| • | Decision Custom Rule Referral Reasons: We fixed an issue where the Reason text setup in Decision Manager was not always fully displayed in Lending 360. |
| • | HTML Credit Report: We fixed an issue where the combined display (application + co-applicant) of the HTML credit report was sometimes missing some inquiries. |
