If you are new to Decision Manager, this section will help you find your way.
How to Use this Help File
This help file is broken down into seven (7) sections:
| • | Getting Started provides system requirements, an overview of Decision Manager's Home page, logging in, navigating, and using the toolbars. |
| • | Tools - Start here if you have already installed Decision Manager and have your user name and password. Become familiar with the tools you will use throughout Decision Manager to manage product configuration. |
| • | Product Setup introduces you to the 12 work areas used in setting up and managing your products. |
| • | The remaining topics provide additional support in Administration, FAQs, Troubleshooting, and an Appendix with supplementary topics such as Understanding Boolean Logic, a complete list of Variables available in Decision Manager, and User Security Roles. |
