Use the Routing Rule Editor to customize the criteria that defines your products.  It is important that the routing closely matches

 

To Customize Routing

1. Select a variable from the Variable Manager.

2. Drag the variable to the rule and complete the values for the Operator and Operand(s).

 

For example, to add a mileage restriction of "less than 5000 miles" to a New Auto product the revised rule would read “Vehicle Condition equals New AND Vehicle Type equals Auto AND Vehicle Mileage less than 5,000”.

 

Applications for Autos that are New and have less than 5,000 miles would be routed to the underwriting for New Auto.  Applications that do not match that criteria will be checked against each remaining product, in the order they appear, until a match is found.
