Some work areas contain ready-to-use rules that require minimal data entry to complete.

 

To Activate a Rule

1.Select the checkbox next to the rule you want to activate.
2.Complete all required fields.  These may include selecting from the available score models and entering cutoffs for the applicant, co-applicant, or both.
3.Select the context in which to apply the rule (if applicable).

To apply the action…

Then select…

Only when the primary applicant hits the rule criteria

Primary Applicant Only

When any one applicant meets the rule criteria

Either Applicant

Only when both applicants meet the rule criteria

Both Applicants

 

4.If activating a rule in the Stipulations work area, choose a Stipulation to be applied when the rule is True.

 

Deactivate a Rule

Clear the checkbox to make the rule inactive.
