The Loan Amount Custom Rules tab is a rule editor.  Rules created can add, subtract, multiply, or divide the Maximum Loan Amount assigned by the Loan Amount Matrix by a number or amount you assign to the rule.  They can also assign the Maximum Loan Amount instead of using the matrix or override the amount assigned by the matrix (use the "Equals" modifier to do this).

 

NOTE: The Maximum Loan Amount will be adjusted for EACH active rule that is true.  Therefore, adjustments can compound if multiple rules are True on an application.
