The Decision work area includes a matrix, pre-defined rules, and a custom rule editor to assign a Decision of (a) Approve, (b) Refer, or (c) Decline.

 

The matrix assigns an initial decision.  This decision can be changed to Refer by pre-defined or custom rules.
