If the credit scores you are looking for are not displayed in the variable manager, try the following:

 

Verify that the credit scores are being requested

1. Go to the Credit work area and confirm that a subscriber code is selected.

2. Verify that the desired credit score(s) are selected.

3. Recheck to see if the scores are available in the Variable Manager.

 

Verify that filters are turned off

1. Turn off filters by clicking the View All button.

2. Clear the search field and on the Search button.

3. Uncheck the box next to Show Only Default Variables.

4. Begin your search again by either using the Search box or the Scores filter.
